County Line Caboose Ordering InformationEven if you don't find what you're looking for in our N Scale or HO Scale catalogues, we can get any item found in the Walthers catalogue and many that are not. Feel free to contact us for more information. We are always happy to help.
For online orders, add items to your shopping cart from your search and then submit via an Order Request form. You can even add product numbers that aren't in the catalog.
For telephone orders, call 519-807-2345. At this point we do not have an 800 number. If nobody answers the phone, please leave a message including your name, address, phone number, product numbers, and quantities you would like ordered, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

To keep our prices reasonably low, we have a moderate inventory and order items as we need them.
We have a moderate sized retail outlet. We can usually have out-of-stock items within 2-4 weeks depending on the production run of individual manufacturers. We cross-check every shipment we receive with our back orders and fill those immediately before anything goes on our shelves.

We are located on Bruce County Road 10 in Grey County just 4.5 miles north of Hanover, Ontario. The store is located beside former CN flanger #56390 (looks a lot like a caboose!).
